All quilting services are custom and made-to-order. Once your quilt has been received and work has begun, refunds are not available for labor or design time already performed. However, we want you to be happy with the final result — please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your finished quilt so we can work toward a resolution.

3. Deposits and Cancellations

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) may be required to reserve your project slot.

  • If you cancel before quilting has started, we will refund any amount paid beyond the deposit.

  • Once quilting or material preparation begins, the full quoted amount is due upon completion.
     

4. Quality Assurance

We inspect every quilt before returning it to you. If you believe your quilt was damaged or does not meet the agreed-upon design specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the concern.

  • If an error is determined to be ours (e.g., stitching pattern or thread color error), we will repair or re-quilt the affected area at no additional cost.

  • Minor variations in stitching, alignment, or texture are normal characteristics of handmade work and are not considered defects.
     

5. Shipping and Handling

  • We package quilts securely for shipping. If your quilt is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
     

6. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved after review, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note:

  • Refunds will only be processed for eligible cancellations or verified workmanship issues.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed custom quilting that meets the agreed design specifications.
