1. Order & Quilt Intake Processing
For long-arm quilting services, orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after we receive your quilt top and backing fabric.
For product sales (such as batting, thread, or finished quilts), orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order or project has been received and entered into our quilting queue.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

3. Shipping Your Quilt to Us
Customers are responsible for shipping quilt tops, backings, and any materials to our studio.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx.
Please include your name, contact information, and order form inside the package.
We cannot be held responsible for quilts lost or damaged in transit to our studio.
4. Returning Quilts After Completion
Once your quilting is complete, we carefully package your finished quilt and return it using your selected shipping method.
Each shipment includes tracking and insurance coverage for the declared value of your quilt.
If you would like additional insurance coverage, please request this at the time of your order.
5. Local Drop-Off & Pickup (Arizona Customers)
Local customers are welcome to drop off and pick up quilts in person at our Arizona studio:

You will receive an email or text notification when your quilt is ready for pickup.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
